- Survey. The site survey is booked on the planner and added as a fixed-price service.
- Quote. ACM 3 mm, printable vinyl and gloss laminate for a 96 × 30 in panel, with labour on each line.
- Proof. The job moves to On Proof; when the customer signs off, the approval date is entered on the board.
- Produce. Production gets a work order without prices, and a PO goes to the supplier for the ACM.
- Install and invoice. The install crew is booked; when the booking starts the job moves to Installation, and the invoice goes out when it's up.

Can I price signs by the sheet and by the roll?
Yes. Substrates can be priced by the sheet with cut waste, vinyl and laminate by the roll, printable media by the square foot, and hardware by the pack.
Can I track proofs and approvals?
Yes. Use statuses such as Design and On Proof, and record the approval date on the job board.
Can install crews see their schedule?
Yes. Installs are booked on the planner with the crew, time and task, and the crew can log hours against the job in timesheets.
Can production get a work order without prices?
Yes. Work orders have a Show prices switch, and the See Prices on Documents permission controls who sees prices.
