Eight document types
Free plans include quotes, work orders and invoices. Paid plans add estimates, proposals, order acknowledgements, sales orders and change orders. Choose which types your team sees in Settings.

Work orders with or without prices
Give your crew a work order with the job title, items and notes. A Show prices switch decides whether prices appear, and a permission decides who can see prices on documents at all.

Upload PDFs and images to a job, and supplier invoices to purchase orders. A storage page lists your largest files first so you can tidy up. Storage is 100 MB on Free, 25 GB on Essentials, 100 GB on Growth and 250 GB on Premium, with more available on paid plans.

From quote to change order
A renovation quote changes halfway through the job.
- Quote. The quote goes out with the company logo and payment terms.
- Work order. The crew gets a work order without prices.
- Change order. The customer adds a pantry: the change order shows the original amount, the reason, the revised total and an approval line.
- Invoice. The invoice is created from the same job with the revised total.
Which document types can I create?
Estimate, quote, proposal, order acknowledgement, sales order, work order, change order and invoice. Quotes, work orders and invoices are on every plan; the other five are on paid plans.
Can I put my logo and colours on documents?
Yes. Documents use your logo and you can set colours per document type.
Can I hide prices on work orders?
Yes. A Show prices switch controls prices on work orders, and the See Prices on Documents permission controls who can see prices at all.
Can I store files with a job?
Yes. Upload PDFs and images to jobs and to purchase orders. Storage depends on your plan.
Can I save documents as PDF?
Yes. Every document can be printed or saved as a PDF.
