- Approve. The customer approves; the job moves to File Check with Friday's due date on the board.
- Print and finish. The job moves through Printing and Finishing as the team updates its status.
- Invoice. On Friday the job is completed and the invoice goes out with a Pay button.

The price breakdown shows the square feet, the waste and the markup on each line, so you can check the working before the quote goes out.
Can I price media by the roll?
Yes. Set the roll width, length and cost, or price by the square foot. The quote works out the media each print needs.
Can I include finishing labour?
Yes. Each line has labour hours and a rate, and finishing work can be added as services.
How do I see what's due today?
Sort the job board by date and use the status counts to filter. Due dates that are close or past are highlighted.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and invoices can include a payment link for card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank debit in Canada.
Can I price roll media with waste?
Yes. Roll materials are priced by the square foot from your roll cost, with a waste percentage, and the price breakdown shows the working.
Can I see which jobs are printing today?
Yes. Name your statuses after your stages, such as Printing and Finishing, and the job board counts and filters by them.
