The problem

Job details end up everywhere except where you need them

Quotes in one folder, photos on a phone, supplier invoices in email and the schedule on a whiteboard. Every question about a job means hunting.

Scattered information

The latest drawing, the agreed price and the delivery date live in different places.

No single status

The office, the shop and the field each think the job is at a different stage.

Lost history

When something changes, nobody can see who changed it, or when.

How it works

One record for every job, from quote to paid

Everything about a job, in one view

Open any job to see its work order number, status, customer and company, who created it, the products, attached files and the payment position: total, paid and balance. From there you can edit the job, create a document, request a payment or record one.

  • Customer, company and contact details
  • Items and prices from the quote
  • Attached PDFs and photos
  • Payments, deposits and the balance owing

Track every open job on the board

The job board lists every open job with its status, the person it's assigned to and its dates. Statuses are yours to name and colour, so the board matches how your work actually moves.

Finished jobs and their payments

Completed jobs move to their own page with the completion date, payment status and a team note. Send the invoice from there, see what's still unpaid, and keep the history of what was done.

  • Paid and unpaid at a glance
  • Send or resend the invoice

What changes

Less chasing, fewer mistakes

One source of truth

The office, the shop and the crew see the same job, the same status and the same files.

Faster answers

When a customer calls, the quote, schedule and balance are one click away.

A record of changes

History shows who changed what and when, across every job.

Files with the job

Drawings, permits, photos and supplier invoices stay attached to the work they belong to.

Clear ownership

Every job has an assignee, a due date and a status.

Team chat and notifications

Your team can message each other and get notified about the work that matters to them.

Example

How a café fit-out runs as one job

A general contractor handles a café tenant improvement worth $62,800.

  1. Quote. The estimator builds the quote from the material library and sends it with the company's logo.
  2. Approve. The customer says yes; the job moves to Approved and the approval date is entered on the board.
  3. Order. Purchase orders for framing and drywall are added and tied to the job.
  4. Schedule. Crews are booked on the planner; at each booking's start time the job moves to In Progress.
  5. Invoice and get paid. The finished job goes to Completed, the invoice goes out, and the payment is recorded against it.
